Our Systema School opened its doors by Dr. Sam Benson in 2003 and became a leading Systema school in London. In 2015, Istvan Toth became the head coach. Istvan is a senior Systema instructor who follows the methodology of Valentin Talanov, a renowned Systema master. He is the sole representative of Systema Talanov in the United Kingdom.
Valentin Talanov’s methodology is known for its logical progression, focus on fundamental skills, and emphasis on pressure testing students and instructors. This approach has made Systema Talanov one of the most respected Systema schools in the world.
Our School offers a variety of classes for all levels of students, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The school runs regular workshops and seminars. We collaborate these events with leading Systema instructors from around the world. Participating in IDC 1 & 2 (Instructor Development Course) we prepare our students to be ready for real-life scenarios. They work against weapons like sticks, knives and chains, also multiple-opponent.
